ZLAB Toolbox

ZLAB toolbox (EEGLAB plugin and standalone) is developed by Dr. Yang Zhang for EEG and MEG data analysis. Inspired by EEGLAB, ERPLAB, FIELDTRIP, and other similar projects, ZLAB toolbox aims to improve usability experience in the data reduction process. The modular analysis procedures specify different runfiles for each type of operation. Raw or preprocessed data files, event types, experimental conditions, subject groups and other analysis parameters are specified in the runfiles. The output files can directly be analyzed in statistical packages such as Systat and R by integrating in-house Matlab functions with commercial software packages (ASA and BESA) as well as free external tools. Currently, the run_analysis functionality is customized and limited to file types used in Zhang Lab only.
